The report then further encompasses the internship description, data analysis, findings, recommendations and a conclusion.
In the elaboration of the report, the various facets of the payment, reward and benefits system offered by the organisation are closely examined. The report sheds light on the crucial component of the compensation and reward system with thorough feedback from management personnel and the regular employees. Moreover, the report incorporates opinions from relevant studies; hence, it also builds a well structured view of the concerns underpinning the topic.
I have learned the significance of meticulous record-keeping and great attention to detail in HR procedures from my internship at Nestlé Bangladesh PLC. My responsibilities included assisting my superiors with the compensation & reward structure and people development, as well as ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employment records by identifying missing data in the files of regular, contractual, and temporary employees and promptly notifying them to request the necessary documents. Furthermore, the exposure provided to me by NBL has endowed me with a multidimensional outlook that will undeniably influence my forthcoming professional pursuits
